This reusable Knot Wrap, featuring a colourful creepy-crawly design, is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. The bottles are collected to the GRS (Global Recycling Standard) and are washed, spun and chipped. These chips are melted and go through a fine spinneret, which extrudes the plastic into yarn. The fabric is then printed using a heat transfer method, using much less water than screen printing. Once printed this is sent to be cut, sewn and finished in Hefei, China.
